I'll Be Back: 行って来ます!

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

In less than tweleve hours I'll be making my way through the joy that is airport security enroute to Japan-- not as a JET or an expat, but simply as a tourist...

Does this mean you're taking a trip to Japan or are you moving there long-term? Whatever the answer, have a great time and enjoy the geiko in autumn!

I think the term for that is not "tourist", but "junkie".

WV: tkyiohk.

The word tkyiohk is a little like EI-EI-OH only for Japan junkies. The 'k' at the end is for humor. It's pronounced: Toh-kee-(slight pause) eOHk (like a donkey would say it).

Hi Melissa. It's Chris. We met twice, briefly, in Kyoto (Kitano Odori & Miyako Odori). When I finally get around to contacting you, you're back in Japan! Are you able to reply to this comment? Hope to be able to reach you someday. Take care.
